All content on the Bumi365 Platform — including but not limited to the Platform's name, logo, interface design, graphics, text, game assets, promotional materials, and software — is the proprietary intellectual property of Bumi365 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms constitutes a transfer of any intellectual property rights to any Player.
You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior express written consent of Bumi365. Scraping, data mining, or systematic extraction of Platform content by any automated means is strictly prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bumi365, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or damage to reputation.
Bumi365 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated where possible, and Bumi365 will use reasonable efforts to restore service promptly following any unplanned outage.
Gambling Risk: Gambling involves financial risk and is not a reliable source of income. Bumi365 accepts no liability for financial losses incurred through normal gambling activities on the Platform. Players are encouraged to wager only amounts they can afford to lose.

A Player wishing to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the Bumi365 support team. Verified real-money balances will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following account closure, subject to any outstanding KYC requirements.
Bumi365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantially affect Player rights or obligations — Bumi365 will provide reasonable prior notice via the Platform or registered email address.

If the matter cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may refer the dispute to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction.
